The University of Tulsa will be celebrating art, culture and creativity at the Fourth Annual TU Arts and Humanities Festival on Tuesday, April 25, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lorton Performing Arts Center on campus. Guests will be treated to a rotating program of music, poetry, sculpture, painting, dancing and performance art.
This year, the festival will feature visual work from the School of Art, short performances by student ensembles from the School of Music and a showcase of student films. Printmakers will create bags with this year’s logo, and campus writers will create custom poems on any requested topic.
The grand finale will feature original theatrical and dance performances. During the lunch hour, enjoy a meal at the Lorton parking lot with Andolini’s Pizzeria and Lola’s food trucks. All events are free and open to the public.
