Associate Professor of Political Science
Organizational Studies is an interdisciplinary major, comprised of 39 hours of course work leading to a Bachelor of Arts degree, blending two disciplines in the College (Organizational Communication and Industrial/Organizational Psychology) with one discipline from Business (Management).
It is designed for those students who wish to study organizational behavior and structure in the public and private realms, without limiting themselves to one of the participating disciplines. The idea is to provide students with knowledge and skills that will prepare them for entry-level administrative positions in both public and private organizations. A minor is required.
For degree requirements, see the academic bulletins.
